I just noticed that my bearded dragons jaw looked swollen when I caught a glimpse of her from far away, otherwise she is acting fine/normal. Not sure if this is normal or not? Any ideas of what this could be?

Yes, thank you, and the small bump thats a little above the swelling on the right has been there for a few years,, after a fall of hers I suspected but that has been there,, it's the new swelling that looks different

It looks like a cyst or abscess - I would recommend seeing a reptile vet - here's a website to find a reptile vet in your area- if your in a small town type in a bigger cities zip code -
www.arav.org
I am gonna flag your post to Tracie she's a vet tech on late at night

Hello,

Sorry for the delay.
That does look like a cyst, I agree. Is it hard to the touch?
Does your dragon bang his snout or chin up against the glass tank quite often?
Are you putting any type of cream or ointment o nit?
If you aren't seeing any improvement with this, I would consider seeing if you can
find a vet to at least take a look at it to be sure it isn't an infection.
How is hie appetite?

Tracie
