I heard they can bite and sting, but I want to hand feed my lizards. Will they actually bite and sting me?

Yes they can bite as they can bite the dragons- I usually use tongs to pick them up as they are really wiggly -- stinging I am not sure --

They can bite and sting, but it's not super painful (cricket bites are worse in my opinion). If you don't want to be bitten you can crush the heads before feeding or pop them in the fridge for a few minutes to slow them down.
