Superworms

Today I bought a small box of morio worms for Beardie and I was surprised to find over 75 in the box. I have transferred them into a larger box and added more substrate. What should I feed them to make them live long enough to feed my beardie because I don't want to feed too many.
How many should I feed him per day?

I feed mine the same thing I feed my beardies. When I cut up their salad greens, I save the stems and give them to the worms. Just make sure you change them out every few days so they don't get moldy and ruin your substrate.
