Would it be safe for a juvenile beardie to eat superworms or giant mealworms as a staple diet?

Superworms are generally much higher in fat than regular mealworms. I would use crickets or dubia as a dietary staple.

I was at the local reptile store and saw that they have horned wormed(the big green ones with 1 horn on the end). I hear they are a very nutritious feeder. If my beardie is 4 month and about 10-11" long, would it be safe to feed him those horned worms?

I think it would be okay if you feed him a smaller worm. Luci loves horn worms he was probably about 5 1/2 months 13" long when I fed him those. He gobbled them right up. I also have frogs and I always feel like their digestive tracts are a little more delicate than the bearded dragons and I fed my smallest frog the smaller sized horn worms and he had no problems with them.
