I was wondering if the new rescue baby could have some super worms. She seems to be able to handle everything so far and shes suppose to be 8-months old Any help appreciated river-7

I don't see why not, she's eating everything else I think she'll be fine.

The general rule of thumb is don't feed them anything that's bigger than the space between their eyes. Food that is too large can lead to impaction.

My beardie is under a year and she handles superworms just fine! I think she actually likes them a lot more than crickets :D
Superworms are also extremely convenient as they can live in containers for a long time compared to crickets. I order them by the hundreds (as I also feed a chameleon) and keep them in a rubbermaid with holes in the lid. I use oats as a substrate/feeder and keep carrots for water as well as greens for them to gut load on. Best of luck!
