Super worms

Is it ok to feed my dragons live super worms.? I only fed them live ones once and they went crazy on them. I only gave them three each. I heard they can be harmful to dragons if fed alive but when they aren't moving after I pinch their heads they won't eat them. I saw a video of a breeder feeding dragons live ones and they went crazy on them so now I'm confused as to what I should or shouldn't do. I want them to have variety in their diet and have been looking at the Dubias even though my wife won't allow roaches in the house. Possibly sneak small amounts to them and get away with it but a colony? No way. Going to try to find a local supplier.

Thanks for the reply. I didn't want to give up on them because they really like them. When they are young like these are I want to feed them what they like.
