Well thats interesting --- are you rinsing the worms off before feeding? He could be allergic to the dirt they have them in --- hows the eating and pooping going? We need to rule out some things first --- so lighting is a big cause for eye issues -- your basking light is it a off white or yellowish bulb ? is it a colored bulb? is it a MVB? is it a daytime bulb w/ neodymium coating? UVB is it a coil bulb? Please tell me in details what kind and where it is in the tank

hiya, thankyou for the reply! The worms are in oats i think but no I don’t rinse them off so i will try that! She eats and poops regularly so i’m not worried about that :) and this only happens just after she eats her worms, but yes it’s a daytime bulb, i would say more yellowy! Uvb is a strip light, both exotera!

Ok so please get rid of the daytime bulb and get a CLEAR bright white basking bulb example Exo Terra Intense basking bulb or a Zoo Med Repti basking bulb -- the yellow is not good it needs to be CLEAR and white-- the UVB is not a very good one and I would replace w/ a Reptisun bulb or a Arcadia bulb those are some of the best on the market --- the worms I would start rinsing them the dust from them could be causing the eye issue but the bulbs your using as well ---- are you using a T 5 or a T 8 ? distance and placement is key here --- the bulbs I suggested are very good w/ the eyes --- so doing all three your going to find out one of them is the culprit causing the issue--- unless its something else health wise causing the sunken eyes --- but w/ them watering I am gonna say its one of the 3 listed above --
