Ok, so i know the light sch. for turning on and off the lights but if i take Critter out ALOT... Do i still keep his lights on him for the difference of time, same time? and can he be outside too long?
Yup...same lighting. The only difference is this, if he is out in the natural sunlight everyday for a good amount of time then your calcium should be WITHOUT d3.
Took P out today for 45 min give or take. Is this enough sun per day or should I go for longer stretches? She was in a plastic picnic basket, as her outside enclosure isn't done yet and she doenst tolerate her leash yet, a real escape artist LOL. So it was kind of "filtered" sun
I've heard that 30 minutes a day is good, I have also heard 30 minutes at a time, morning, and late afternoon is also good.
Consistency is key here, as Li said.
