Stuck Shed/Off-Colored Scales??

Hello! I was checking up on my bearded dragon, Nico, and I noticed some concerning discoloration. I'm not 100% sure what it is or what I should do, but I'm worried it could lead to scale rot (unless that's what this is) or something worse. Can someone please let me know what this is or if there is anything that I can do for him? Maybe it would be best to have him see a vet? I never noticed this before, and I check up on him almost daily.

It's shed let it do it's thing- shed will turn different colors- pale white opaque looking sometimes dark
