Strange white circular patch on skin

Hello! my beardie, Desert Princess, has a strange white almost circular patch on her. Is she burned somehow!?!? it looks too random to be shed. But the lamp is high enough from her hammock.

Its shed, my girl shed all of her tail but a couple rows of scales.
