Spots on legs.

Hi all not been on for a while so hi to everyone and I hope everyone beardies r well.
I've noticed that Boris had big lumps on the inside of his legs. Now I no this is normal in a male but is there any way can help get rid of them or do they just stay there? In a picker an I pick everything and everything me kids cnt sit nxt to me with me having a pick of them so it's killing me not pick them off I wnt coz I'm scared of hurting him. Will it hurt him if I pick them off they look like if I squeeze them like a spot they will cum out. Can I do this or shud I just leave them? Thanks

Good morning Penny! Hope you are doing well. The lumps on the inside of his thighs are his femoral pores. Sometimes they get enlarged. You're not supposed to pick at them but give him a good warm soak and take a soft toothbrush and rub them, they should clean themselves out.
