Hey, wait, don't go to sleep yet, I have a question.

I didn't see Spinach on the food list, but, can I feed Patricia some Spinach?
What about canned green beans?

You won't hurt my feelings if you yell at me...

From what I read spinach isnt a good idea. If I remember is binds the calcium. I know greens are supposed to be best like the collard, turnip, dandelion ect.

If you mean this Nutrition chart, you didn't look very hard, it is there in bright Yellow lettering which means it is a 'Questionable' food & is a risk to feed.

Asia is also correct, Spinach is known to bind the calcium intake rendering it unusable. It is high in Vit A, which too much of can be toxic, high in Goitrogens & quite high in Oxalates which is what binds the calcium when the Ratio is too high. Fresh green beans would be better, but I have fed from the can & frozen\thawed with no issues.
