Oh mercy!! My little Spike is losing his mind!! I changed his slate tile substrate today to SAND!! and he just doesn't know what to think of it!! So funny to watch him. I put in about 50 lbs of child's play sand. I then put him in with nothing else and he waddled all around. I then added his stones and basking area. He didn't go to sleep until 730 pm....he usually conks out about 7 when the lights go out.
