I’m not really sure how to tell but is my bearded dragon snog in good health. She’s one year old and eats around 10 crickets a day and has other bugs occasionally and she gets kale daily and occasionally fruit. She’s in a 40 gallon tank with a mat.

She looks fantastic! I would however change the kale to collard greens, mustard greens, turnip greens, dandelion greens..Kale is ok as long as it is in with other staple greens.
