Smell

Okay so my bearded dragon has the smelliest poops in the world it's room clearing at times, and it lingers. Just today I cleaned his cage really good and switched it over from carpet to tile. It went away for about an hour then came back and he didn't even poop again but it's that smell. Can they pass gas? He has been tested for parasites and it came back negative he hasn't had anything but veggies and worms for 2 days (I ordered crickets they will be here tomorrow). Is it his diet?

Other posibility I can think of is that he is not getting enough heat. I am far from an expert.
