@PatsyB : Oh yes I did. I had two Thanksgiving Day(s) and ate a lot of turkey in three days. I still have a drumstick to work with. Most of the sides to the dinner are gone.

Nice! We went to my sister-in-law's house, she's not the best cook. Luckily I made a ham earlier in the week so we had left overs

I did pretty good in roasting the turkey. I let it roast without any interventions or basting. It didn't even need basting or anything. And it wasn't dried out like most are.
