Bearded Dragon Egg

i am in desperate need of advice and experienced voices. i’m trying to decide between euthanasia or any other last resort ideas!!
hello, my name is V. i am in no way experienced with bearded dragons. i have done tons of research though, and i have a deep love for Mary Kate and her well being. i adopted a 4-6 mo bearded dragon (not sure of her exact age) a week ago (Mary Kate). i got her from a pet store because she looked as if she wasn’t going to survive. in her last week at the store she had no appetite, junky eyes and nose, very underweight, and i suspected ADV because of ‘stargazing’. i was unsure what may be causing her eyes/nose to be junky, but now i’m almost positive it’s a URI.
firstly, i have her set up in a 20L terrarium with mesh top and green reptile mat for substrate. she has brand new heat and uvb bulbs. her basking area at one end of the tank is always 98-103 and the opposite cooler end is about 80-85 degrees fahrenheit. she has a green triangular reptile ladder & a stone hide on the basking side. her water is in the middle towards the cooler side. on the cool side she has a tree/rock hide.
the second day i had her, i gave her a warm water soak in a sterile plastic bowl, making sure the water level is below her head. after this her left eye opened for the first time since i had brought her home. now it opens maybe once a day, sometimes not.
i took her to the vet the 3rd day i had her when i realized she might need antibiotics for URI. the vet gave me antibiotic injections to give every 3 days. they also gave me basically a veterinary version of Fluker’s repti-boost since she has no appetite for solid food. the vet also agreed she’s dehydrated & they’re also suspicious of ADV.
she had the fluker’s reptiboost for the first few days i had her before the vet. i would drop the water/powder mixture on her lips with a syringe and she would smack it up. she would consume 4 drops or so each time with the fluker’s and with the formula the vet prescribed.
fast forward 3 days from the vet and that’s yesterday. besides opening her eye, she has only gotten worse since i have had her. yesterday she was extremely lethargic even compared to the day before. she has developed new symptoms; her front left arm is twisted around since tuesday, so she’s walking palm up with her elbow/back of her wrist on the ground. yesterday i noticed her back is curving and toes curl sometimes. she has episodes in the past 24hrs where she will throw her head back and scrunch up her spine curved to the side. in my experience it looks similar to how locked/cramped seizure movements are. with the research i’ve done though, i’m suspecting MBD or severe calcium/D3 deficiency.
she looks so uncomfortable and now she won’t eat from the syringe anymore. she still moves around in her habitat for temperature regulation, but she looks miserable. does anyone have any last resort ideas to help her heal or at least make her more comfortable? assuming she does have ADV, i’m not sure how much i actually CAN do to help her. if i can’t find a way to help her, i will be taking her to the vet for euthanasia
. i hate to see her in pain.
thank you for reading the novel i typed.
i can send any photos of her if you need a visual aspect.
