just give him extra baths. I put mine in the bath twice a day during his shed and he was done in a couple of days, but all dragons are different. Also keep in mind that it is stressful for them so try not to handle other then for care. You can also take a soft baby gum brush and very gently brush him during the bath. The most important thing of all is do not pick at the it. Just let it be. If you pick you can damage the scales underneath.
