So I've noticed very small bits of shed under her cheek, behind her ears and it seems the area by her spikes on her side is looking grey. Does this mean she is fixing to shed?? She's also not eating as much. I thought it was a lighting issue but I've fixed the lighting.

could very well be. some of them get kind of fussy while they're shedding.

You can do warm baths to help loosen up the shed. A extra soft toothbrush with also help.

I noticed one more piece on her nose today but it's gone. I gave her a warm bath yesterday and used a toothbrush. Her back feet had turned pink from being in calcium sand and I used the toothbrush to try to get them clean. I of course took the sand away and have her on repti carpet now.

just don't pick the shed off especially the nose and ear super super delicate membranes are there.. baths and the gentle toothbrush will do wonders and for deep thick shed you can use the aloe liquid you can find in walmart and walgreens just make sure it's pure aloe and no additives.
