Shedding stuck around tail?

hello! I'm very new to taking care of beardies and am currently watching over my family's one while my mum is away. this is Spyro, she's around 6 years old and has never had any shedding issues before as far as I'm aware but I've noticed the shedding around her tail seems to be stuck? it's coming off slightly around where her tail connects to her body but otherwise it seems like it's encased her tail and I'm worried about how to deal with it as well as I've read it can lead to tail rot :(

So far she's managed to get most of her shedding off by rubbing against the edge of her enclosure as well as the two bark ledges, though it seemed harder for her to get off this time and was quite dry/crunchy. I gave her a bath around four days ago to encourage what was stuck on her back to come off and just now dripped some water onto her tail to loosen it up just in case, but I'd appreciate any advice as I'm really worried and not sure how to proceed!

I also read that their skin can get wrinkly when they're dehydrated so I've been touching water to her snout and spraying her enclosure walls to encourage her to drink but so far nothing - though I've read it's common. She doesn't seem to eat a lot lately so I've also dropped some water onto her food before giving it to her so she can absorb more from what little she has. Any advice on this would be appreciated as well!

Also, sorry if this is in the wrong place or should be split into different issues, I'm not familiar with how online forums work!

Hello, I would give a warm chest level bath. Also, I just wanted to add do you have any UVB? Since it looks like she might have MBD but it might just be the angle.

1st of all he's way to close to the heat light u need a new tank asap, He's cramped, just look at him; he needs to be 8-12 inches away from the heat bulb. Get a Zoomed basking bulb for heat not a regular bulb and or lower the platform. The themometers are trash u need the digital ones, $10 get that asap. Some beardies dont drink u can place the dubia raoches in the water dish and this will help and bluberries once a week in the dish but they need baths too. Give her extra baths when shedding; Needs to be lukewarm water in dechlorinated water. In general, beardies need baths twice a week in lukewarm water for 15min minimum. Use REPTISAFE drops, u buy it at pet stores. Also, the tank looks small and u need UVB; Order the REPTISUN 10.0 T5 the length should cover 70prcnt of the length of the tank & placed beginning at the hot side and the basking clear Zoomed Heat bulb placed on the hot side more towrads the front so when he basks, he gets heat and UVB. They cant and wont eat if temps or humidiyt is off. For adluts temps should be 95-100, babies 100-105. U need digital themometers and hygometer those are the only accurate ones. Humiduty is to be 30-40 never ever higher than 40. And feed dubia roaches and crickets only. NEVER Ever meal worms and big super worms u only feed at 1.5yrs or older.

Try another bath an see if it washes off. You might also want to check the humidity of the tank. Give baths very frequently to help it come off. Be extra vigilant about checking for tail rot.
As suggested above, you may want to lower the basking spot because of the risk of burns. If the beardie needs to be that close to bask properly, you might want to invest in a stronger light or put a cage around that one.
