Today I noticed that Beardie is Shedding on his / her back.

Is there anything I should do for him or her during this time? Is Misting or a bath important during or after ?
Is this a good thing to happen at this time of having him ? ( not sure how often they usually shed)

Bathing is good while they are shedding. It helps keep the skin moist and come off easier. They will shed A LOT, especially when they are still small. They shed in parts. Head one week, the tail the next, the back next, maybe a leg then belly. It's an on going cycle, when you think they are finished, they start all over again.

Whatever you do don't try to peel the skin off, you could hurt him. Just let it naturally fall off or they will scratch it off themselves. One thing you could do is when you bath him you could gently rub the skin in the direction of the scales and when you dry him off you can do the same. That might help get the shed started.
