I've never seen fox she'd like this or at least on his beard, and it's taking longer than it normally does
Most of the time I don't see him shed at all, it's normally some small shed that I notice on his lips or back that I help get off but that's normally it

soo cute.. yes it's shed :) I've noticed that as they get older it takes longer to shed.. Izzy started shedding almost a month ago and she still hasn't begun her back or belly, her head is getting lighter and part of her tail is starting.. her legs and face have already shed.

Thank you!
I knew it was shed but I was worried about how long it was taking, he's acting normal so I'm glad he's ok
I knew you did lol I am also surprised at how long it's taking Izzy to complete her's too..

Well Izzy is just under a year and partially brumating so I don't know if that's slowing her down as well, but dang when she was younger she would shed in a couple of weeks.. Maybe once patsy gets online she can tell us how long Dexter and Luci have taken don't think Dolly will be of help as she's on her 1st shed with patsy..

Dolly has been in a full body shed for the last month and it's finally starting to come off. We don't really know how old she is. Dexter started a shed on her head a few weeks back that is now starting to crumble off and I just noticed today that Luci is shedding on his back. I've noticed with mine that hey shed in just spots as they've gotten older. What helps is aloe baths or coconut oil in the bath but with coconut oil you want to rinse it off before you put them under the lights.
