It's iffy but looks more female. Can you get a shot of the pores under the legs ?
The pores are very small - and also "he" has never bobbed, black bearded, waved etc just very chill and docile

I agree, the pores are very small like a females. Big belly too, might need a diet to keep the good girl healthy.
It's not so bad in person lol - unfortunately has cancer in the jaw, lost all teeth on the left side so won't eat anything apart from morio worms- I'm trying to encourage lots of greens but it's not worked so far
You may haft to syringe feed some greens then - arent morio worms super worms? They have a exoskeleton on them that would be hard to chew w/ no teeth so to speak - you can make slurries w/ your greens or order some Oxbow Critical care Herbivore - order off Amazon - different flavors I use https://www.amazon.com/Oxbow-Critical-Care-Supplement-1-Pound/dp/B0021WRJFE?tag=exoticpetnetw-20
What I do is when I feed the worm I put pieces in while she chews- since she's only got the one tooth on the bad side she has started to pick. I'm assuming it's stopped hurting as she was in tramadol. ( Other than the jaw she's perfectly healthy from multiple vet visits. Yeah she eats on one side kinda - manages fine with roaches etc currently. Oh thanks I didn't know it existed
