I'll be getting a baby bearded dragon soon and I just want to go over some of the care info I'll be giving:

The baby is 4 weeks old (6/7/16). And does this sound right so far as a feeding schedule:
-AM: Mixed greens w/ some phoenix worm or lesser mealworms and/or dubia w/ Calcium D3 (Mon.-Fri.)
-Afternoon: phoenix worms mixed with Calcium D3 (Mon.-Friday) mixed w/ Multi-vit (Sunday)
-Evening: Dubia roaches mixed with either Calcium D3 or Multi-vit.

Substrate:
Paper towels with one tile for hotspot and a piece of driftwood (if it's okay to use) for them to climb on to warm themselves. Spot clean whenever anything dirty appears, and deep clean every week.

As for lights:
Walmart Flood Light 65 (does it need to be incandescent?) for it to reach a basking point of 110 at least (can this be okay for all ages?). I'm open for inexpensive suggestions as well! As for UVB I have a Reptisun T8 10.0 (linear). My only problem with this is that what if the bearded dragon does not go towards this light and only decides to stay in the 'heat light'?

Then every morning give them a bath in warm water to stimulate bowel movements. Handle them after (20 min for the first few weeks) and then go for longer.

My only other problem is school as I'm a uni student and school starts next month. Is it okay if the feeding is not on a set schedule? Like if I feed the baby twice a day and then leave a bowl of greens and roaches for them to snack on?

Thanks!

Welcome to the forum and I am happy to see all the work that you've put into this before getting your little one.. Getting a baby baby things need to be spot on as they are fragile.
Yes babies need to be fed 3 times a day protein being the primary item. Having a salad is awesome to offer from the start. If by lesser mealworms you mean mini superworms yes..Don't feed mealworms as they contain chitlin shell that is hard to digest and can lead to impaction. Make sure your last feeding is several hours before lights out so they can bask to digest.
Driftwood is good as long as it's been cleaned and or heated in oven to kill off any parasites..
lighting T8 will need to be below the mesh, T5 can be ontop of the mesh. T8 bulbs need to be replaced every 6-8 months T5 can last up to a year. The UVB lighting should cover 2/3rd of the tank and should slightly overlap the basking spot as they need both to digest and absorb the minerals.
You don't have to bathe them everyday not everyone does. I bathe mine in the am as that is where mine prefer to poop and that's just fine with me easy clean up.
I'm sure you can come up with a good feeding plan to work with your school. my youngest fella 7 months old I give salads first then bath then bugs and for him I left roaches and some supers in a bowl when I wasn't going to be around during the day.

if you haven't already take a look at the links below several of our comments as we've put together info for first comers..
temps will stay good up to young adults then the temps go down for adults 100-107F

You only need to dust one meal a day with your supplement. You want a calcium supplement without D3 and a supplement with D3 as well as a multivitamin. I would mostly use the calcium without D3 since you will have a good UVB light over head that will produce D3. Then one feeding a week do with D3 and one feeding a week with a multivitamin.

Leaving a bowl for them to snack on is just fine. I give my salads in the morning and then leave it in all day long. Make sure your evening meal happens at least 2 hours before the lights go out so it has time to digest it's food.
