sorry - visual identification is not one of my strong points. I am sure someone else will chime in and give us a hand ---

that's a mustard green from my searches and mustard greens can be a daily feed item. Watercress is an occasional feed item..

That's the illusive mustard green. Sometimes we'd be better off looking for bigfoot. Lol
If you do a search online you will see there are many different types of mustard greens here in the states ive not seen the curly looking ones..

Don't stress about this it's going to be fine, those that you've found are good, and you looked at the links on food items? there are soo many items you can feed them.. Can you get collard greens there? At his age he isn't going to eat much of the salad as they need more protein right now so having them to offer if he wants is good but don't stress... you can always feed your feeders the salads and well he eats the feeders so in a round about way he's getting the nutrients..

good collard are great daily item, yea mealworms have chitlin in their shells that make them very hard to digest especially babies as they are not always very hydrated. Adults can do them occasionally but they are more hydrated.

Stick with mustard greens and collards. Blitva is swiss chard here, which I think its a feed occasionally item.

I am growing different plants with the intent to feed to Jim. Alfalfa is slow growing for me, Bokchoy was a bust, Squash is doing well, I hae planted dandilions from seeds collected in my yard. Jim has been dessimating all the leaves on these things for 4 months now. Pretty much all gone now. Day lilies are blooming so I will have these treats for a few months ( I have hundreds of these plants)
