Seasonal Allergies, Home Remedies?

So, now that vehicles are being painted yellow with tree and plant "giz" (aka pollen) i find myself having deffinate isues with seasonal allergies. Though i can go to the store and start trying out allergy meds id prefer not to lol. So where my G.R.I.T.S at?(girls raised in the south) yall always have remedies passed down from your grandma or something lol.

Nettie Pot works good. It kind of gags you a little but it works good and gets rid of sinus infections too. And a good pill to take is Zytec.

Okay...I heard a call for the Root woman...

Brian, stinging nettle tea, feverfew tea, ginko biloba, Cinnamon, and reishi mushrooms can offer relief for pollen allergies.

and the cinnamon can go in the tea
but what would i do with the mushrooms? eat em? also where would i find those mushrooms.
