Scratching at glass

Hi! New here…my beardie has just started scratching like crazy at the glass. I changed the cage around a day ago and they were not happy so I moved it all back. Then the scratching started. When I take her out she runs like the wind -which she has NEVER done before! Thoughts?

How old is she? Are you sure she is a she? Any digging? Unusual behavior like that can be one of many causes like temps in the tank too hot - the tank too small -- incorrect UVB --- has she ever laid eggs before? Is she doing excess digging w/ the glass surfing?

Hi! Thanks for the quick response. She/he is 3 or 4 and, no, we are assuming based on her “parts!” I think she needed to go potty, which she did finally, I fed her and then she was fine! She’s basking and relaxing! So odd.
