Scale Rot?

This is my beardie, Gaara. She’s a little over a year old. I noticed these scales on both sides of her face during her bath today. Does anyone know what they might be? I’m worried about scale rot, but am having trouble identifying what it is exactly. It’s on the same spot on both sides of her face. She’s been eating normally and actually seems to have more energy the past few weeks than usual.

I had some one else look at your dragon and is what they have said

I don't think so but it wouldn't hurt to dab it with watered down betadine and/ or full strength Neosporin. Keep an eye on it + see a vet if it gets worse, like inflamed or crusty but I think it'll be O.K.
