Salad and veg

Hi all my BD Bob has never been too keen on veg and salad since I have had him (about 6 months) he is fully grown and nearly 3 years old , he only seems to eat it if I hand feed him.
One more thing he has started to poo in his veg , is he trying to tell me something .

Mines the same way, she's just over a year and can't get her to eat her salad on her own.
