rubbing his head and puffing his beard?

i’m pretty sure this behavior just means that he’s in shed, but i want to make sure. he’s been rubbing his head mostly on his hammock but sometimes in his carpet and he puffs out his beard which he’s never done before. again, i’m pretty sure he’s just trying to get shed off. if you guys could check out the videos that’d be great. thanks

also, ik the temp dials in the back are inaccurate. i have a temp gun and hygrometer i just can’t figure out how to get the sticky velcro off the back of the tank. i’m not reading his temp and humidity in those!
