Roundworms and Panacure

My Beardie has just been diagnosed with roundworms. They prescribed her Panacure, once today and again in 14 days. Is there anything I should expect while she's taking this? Lethargy, diarrhea, lack of appetite? She had to take Albon back in March for coccidia and that was a whole ordeal leading to a whole month of not eating, sleeping all day etc.
Also, should I give her probiotics? If so, are there any you recommend? My poor little Ebrietas, it's always something I don't even know how she got this. I buy expensive feeders (silkworms, dubias, butter worms) online, I clean her tank a couple times a week, I have expensive bulbs, all the things. And yet, parasites.
Thanks everyone ☺️

It comes down to the UVB and the basking temps-- if those are all good and correct placement of the UVB she will be able to keep the count under control - they can sit in their intestine for a long time before hatching - its possible she had them when you got her and now have hatched - I asked the same thing about Blaze and my vet told me just what I told you --- he is now free and clear -- Hiccup had them once a long time back hes over 3 now and has not had them since I did not medicate him the count to me was not high enough and w / the proper placement of his UVB and basking temps the count never went up - his last fecal here in March was negative --- they are both free of the parasites / coccidia
