I had my bearded dragon for about 3 months now and I built her a fake rock wall to feel a little more at home in her 40 gallon terrarium and she loves it. Originally named spike but now I see that it's a girl so I changed the name to Rose.

Very nice! She's so pretty! I've been trying to make some enclosures, but I'm having an issue with cracking. So it's on hold til I can figure out what I'm doing wrong. Welcome!

Thanks I had the same issue, I made a rough enclosure first and it cracked all over too then I decided to do it right and made this one, I spray painted the entire project in black spray paint so that the grout would have a base to hold onto and make sure last layer is thick so it wont crack as easily, mine isnt perfect either but do your best and your beardy would love it. also try to fill all gaps and cracks because worms and crickets will find and hide in there

Rose is a real pretty name for a pretty dragon.

One thing to keep in mind is bearded dragons can easily get bacterial and fungal infections on their skin. Once they get them they can be very stubborn to treat. To avoid them all together you want to make sure you keep their tank as clean as possible. Pick up poop and food debris as soon as possible, spot clean with a bit of water and a rag. Stubborn stains can be scrubbed with a toothbrush and a bit of vinegar and water. Just make sure the vinegar smell is out of the tank before you put your BD back in.

I love the decor, I'm always jealous of people that make their own decorations.
