Anyone know where I can get some Dubia roaches for cheap in Florida? No where I found that wasn't super expensive ships here.

Don't think you can get dubiad in Florida. Might have to try one of the other varieties

What other varieties can be eaten by bearded dragons and leopard geckos. Do you know?

Discoids and lobsters both legal in florida I believe, and lobsters are cheap. At least for beardies, my leos just get mealworms and baby roaches. Mr Apollo gets dubias and supers

Can Leo's eat the discoid or lobsters is small enough?

I believe they can, just feed them appropriately sized ones. Warning though, discoids are like dubias and can't climb but lobsters can pretty much scale anything.

I know this has probably been asked before but, why can't i get dubia roaches in Florida.?

I don't live in Florida so I'm not in authority but --- I believe that because dubias are soft shelled and love warmth and humidity that Florida would provide the perfect environment for proliferation.

Oh ok.. i heard they were better than crickets so i wanted to try them but all the websites say cannot ship to Florida. I was very disappointed.

Roaches are a lot easier than crickets and they don't stink. Like raidenMarshall said try discoids.

Black soldier fly larvae are better than crickets also. You can raise them pretty easily in Florida. I raise them in NC for my beardies, it's getting kinda late in the year to start a colony depending how far south you live.

I had to throw away about 1000 crickets. The container where I kept them smelled like ammonia.
