Questions about supplements

So my bearded dragon, Mars, is 6-8 months old. I am wondering if I'm giving her correct supplements. She gets calcium dusted bugs twice a day. I haven't had her very long but soon I'll start doing a monthly multivitamin. I've done some further research just to make sure I get it right, but I'm still confused as to whether I need to give her D3 or not, and how often. Do they still need it, even if I have a UVB?

A lot of info out there. I plan on giving calcium with D3 until my dragon is 12 months. Than switch to just calcium. But I dust once daily every other day. Vitamin supplements on non calcium days twice a week.
