Hello everyone

So I have had my boy Bowzer for a week and a half now. He is 1.5 years old and eats like a pig lol. He isn't really all that big on crickets...he refuses to eat large ones and will eat maybe 3 medium ones before he looks at me like "ok next course please" lol.

He absolutely LOVES hornworms and silkworms. I have some roaches but not enough to use as feeders just yet. Hornworms are to expensive to buy on a regular basis and I have silkworm eggs but they take a bit to hatch and grow big enough to be any source of "meal" for him.

Now he loves super worms as well and they are fairly cheap. That being said I keep hearing conflicting info about them. Half of sites say you shouldn't feed them because they are hard to digest and if he doesn't kill it while eating it, it will chew through his stomach. Ive watched him eat them and normally he ends up eating the middle while its head and tip of tail end up on his rock and then he eats those pieces after so Im not really afraid of them chewing out of him. And his poops/urate is fine and he goes at least once a day or every second day so it seems like he is digesting them fine.

So what are everyone's opinions on superworms????? Of course he also gets fruit and veggies daily
