Purr sound

Our bearded dragon is 8 months. He started to make a very low purr noise. We've heard it about four times in five days. It isn't constant. He appears to be healthy. No signs of illnesses. His appetite is lower then normal but still is eating. Temps are good as well has humidity.
Does a hiss sound like this or could it be upper respiratory?

I looked it up one time and it said they do that in showing of affection like a cat. More growling like but still purring. I think your beardie is fine
