Precious and the mirror

3M Command strips for 8lbs did not hold up this mirror and I'm not ready to add another hole to my wall yet. So I've just had this mirror laying down on the floor. Walked into the room and caught Precious doing this:
She doesn't have a mean, aggressive bone in her body...never head bobbed, beard flared or anything. I'm positive she wasn't attacking, it's my guess that she was trying to get through to the other side lol. Since then, I've caught her just staring at herself. It almost looks like she's mesmerized by her own beauty (rightfully so lol) but I know she can be a pensive thinker and I really think this whole mirror thing has her perplexed!

The other day, she was out of her cage and I had to go pick up my son at friend's house because it started raining. I was only going to be gone 2 mins but I would've had to put Precious away...I'm not going to leave her out of the cage when no one's in the house. Then I decided to just take her along with me:

She really enjoyed herself! It was such a quick trip and when we came back home, I really think she seemed disappointed! Now that the weather is getting warmer, I think I'll start taking her to the pet stores with me.

AWE!!!! All of mine love looking at themselves in the mirror they never head bob or blackbeard to their reflection. Luci does head bob to his girls when he sees them and Dolly likes to wave at her reflection in the tank LOL!

If you are going to take her out with you puulllease consider getting a leash. it will keep her tethered to you. I know she's a good kid, but ya just don't know about the other drivers out there - if you have to slam on your brakes quickly - or make a sudden swerve, she could get jostled and land on the floor or thrown into the back seat or even out an open window. please ???

So so cute!! My little lady would flip lol. She use to get so mad at her reflection that we had to get vines so she could no longer see herself. She hates that "other girl in the glass"
