I’m a new bearded dragon owner, and I’ve realized that my juvenile bearded dragon tail has been looking strange at the end. Is this potentially tail rot?

Probably not, it looks like it just has a small crimp at the end but keep an eye on it --- take a pic of it and watch what it does -- if the black starts moving up the tail then it will need to be looked at by a vet - if it does start moving up the tail get some raw unpasteurized honey on it right away thats gonna stop the infection from spreading any further and then get into a reptile vet ---
in case you need it start here w/ finding a vet in your area if there isnt one type in a bigger cities zip code and go from there --- www.arav.org
also that crimp may just fall off too - if it does you can do the honey thing till it scabs over --
