Oscar only poops in his food dish too. He also poops when I take him outside and when he is roaming around the house even if he has already pooped that day. This is why I asked the question a while back, do they mark territory by pooping. Never got an answer but I am starting to think it is yes.
Maybe dominant ones do. I know BeeGee never poops outside of the tank and only in specific areas. He's pretty good about it. I guess it's selective dragons.
