I was outside playing with Jordan and when I came in I noticed that Piggys basking log was tilted wrong and I found her under it. I picked it up off of her, I do not think she was pinned under it, I think she wedged herself under it and let her stay where she was for a second to calm down. She is BLACK now and I was able to get her on her feet and walking but she is hiding now and still black all over her body. I have seen her that black before she does that whenever she gets scared. Should I put her in the bath and see how she move around so the water reduces the stress of movement in case she hurt something? should I just leave her alone for a while? I just don't know what to do.

Sorry it took so long to see this.. Just leave her be, cover the enclosure so she feels very secure.. check on her in a half hour..
Also, the next 24 hours ( I don't mean loose sleep however) just check up on her, make sure she eats , and evacuates if that is her habit..

Good luck !

Personally, I think this is an individual choice. Would I do it? Yes I would. Why......because i don't find it necessary to suffer pain if something can be done. Even if it can't.......that's something i would want to know straight up.

Generally, if a dragon will stay afloat or swim, there is no harm done. If they fail to inflate..........well......you might consider an xray.

Ok, Thank you. I will put her in the bath and see if she floats.

I put her in the bath and she floated. Her color is now back to normal and she pooped in the tub. I think she will be just fine.

That they do. My sister who does not reptiles even noticed how "off" she was yesterday and asked what was wrong with her.
