What do y'all think of these? I'm considering buying some to give her some variety. It says they're very good as a staple so what I be able to do away with crickets and just feed these?

Phoenix worms are a great addition to a beardies diet, but shouldn't be the sole staple. They're really small little larva, but a great source of calcium. It's better to offer a variety of insects, instead of just settling on one, to offer a more well rounded diet.

They are very well rounded nutritionally. As others have mentioned you still want to incorporate other insects as well. You can include feeders such as silkworms and dubia roaches so that your dragon still gets plenty of protein and variety without the need for crickets.

I've been feeding crickets and waxworms for now. Everything else would need to be ordered online. I live in a very small town with 1 pet store. I'm going to start ordering online anyway... I just had to pay 15$ for 100 crickets...

I was in the same situation a few months ago. It didn't take me long to realize the price of pet store crickets quickly becomes outrageous.
You can certainly use Phoenix worms as a main staple, as with any staple just be sure to add other insects into the mix as well.

On eBay there is a user named Symton who sells 1000 black solider fly larvae for around $20. They are great quality and I have always been very pleased with the service. I would recommend trying a smaller amount first just to be sure your dragon likes them. If she does definitely give this place a look. Make sure you also order a medium-large size the smalls are way too tiny
