Juvenile Dragon

A coworker who got a bearded dragon a little after I got Precious, told me about how she got pet insurance through our company, for her bearded.
So I called them today and got policies for Precious and my skink, Tequila. It's dirt cheap and will come right out of my payroll. It does not cover wellness/preventative exams but it does cover accidents, injuries and illness.
I wasn't sure of how helpful it would be say, if all I ever had to do is fecals twice a year. The first person I spoke with said fecals would not be covered. The last person I talked to said that it would not be covered unless the fecal had a positive reading, in which case it would, and the medication to treat it because that would fall under illness.
I told them of my experience with Tequila a few months ago when she got something stuck in her nose. I mentioned everything that was done and the total bill. He said that 90% of the almost $1000 in bills resulting from that would've been covered because that sort of “accident” is exactly what they cover.
Their coverage doesn't start until August. I'm curious as to if this is really going to pay or not...but if one of those random freak things happen, like with Tequila, I'll be really happy I have it.
Does anyone else have their beardeds insured? Is it worth it?
