Paralyzed leg?

Hi, my beardie Basil is 4 months old and yesterday I noticed that he was dragging his front left arm. It got sort of better after a few hours of him basking and sitting still but I have no idea what is going on with his arm. Today he can move the base of his arm but not his elbow or hand. I'm wondering if he somehow broke his arm or if he is ingested? His beard is not black, nothing is swollen, and he has been going to the bathroom like normal. He just can't move his arm. Anyone have any thoughts as to what it could be or what I can do to help him? Thanks!

Hello is your bearded dragon doing better now if not I would suggest taking him to a vet

Yes, he is doing a lot better, thank you. He is using his arm again and is only limping a little when he walks. He's also alert and appears happy as usual.
