Too many can cause gout- but if your feeding other insects or limit dubias your fine- feeding dubias every day for an adult can cause obesity and gout- plus what your feeding the roaches as well - I have fed my two dubias most of their life but offer silk worms every so often - plus I feed super worms every other day and horn worms so they are getting a rounded diet -- mine dont like meal worms or wax worms -- wax worms are terribly high in fat and in long term feeding can cause liver issues
