Outside tank basking and UVB spot

we would like to give our Beard more outside tank time and I would like to know if some of you have an idea how to install a basking/UVB spot outside of the tank.

Get a lamp stand and make a designated spot -- you can use a MVB ones recommended are Mega Ray and PowerSun - make sure you have a digital probe thermometer to get accurate surface basking temps when he is basking there
