After a week of being in doors someone was ecstatic to get some outside time

With fall right around the corner I'm trying to give her as much outside play time as I can. She loves it so much

She's pretty good, as long as she's on that table she's will sit still and bask usually. Now any other spot I have to have her leash on her so she can explore

Good for her, don't trust mine to try that yet. Maybe next year.
As long as you have a leash or harness natural Vit D can't beat it.. I try to take mine out if it's over 80 and not higher than 98

For some reason our baby sitter thought our harness was for our dog [emoji23] so it's all discombobulated now. Poor pup. I'll have to figure out how to fix it. So for today I just sit right beside her the entire time and if she started to looked like she may get a little fidgety I'd sit her on my lap

How big is she? My biggest is about 14 inches so far. I've had a collar that we had with our other dragons 20 years ago. Can't use the backyard because of Toby, our boxer. I wouldn't ever let them eat anything outside. You never know if a neighbor might spray pesticides and wind carries it to your yard. They would be okay on the front porch.

She is about 15 inches long. She does pretty well now, at first she would get a little over sensory. I will say if you don't want yours to eat anything outside you may want to stick to the porch. If I let her go into the grass she eats it lol

Very true. I've read even a few minutes a week is still beneficial to them. So even holding them for a little while is good and can offer them a chance to get more acquainted with the out doors

Hard to do with the five I have now. Only three might be big enough for a leash. Hope to get Flash back in form in a couple months and get back down to four.

For outside time If I'm just hanging out I'll give them each some time on their leashes while holding them.. Or if I want to let them run around I have mesh tent deals that are fully zippered so they can't get free. I got them from Walgreens this summer for $10..I put a towel down and their salads and I drape a towel over 1 end so if they want to get out of the sun they can... this way nothing gets in and nothing gets out :) and they get their vit D time :)

That's a really good idea. Before next summer I may need to invest in something like that. I do use calcium with vitamin D but only every other day or two so I don't overdose her on it.
