Bearded Dragon Egg

Hi all,
I have a 10 year old bearded dragon, who generally seems healthy. He lives in the same enclosure with the same environment and diet he has had for the past 5 years.
However, I noticed yesterday that he has one eye that is larger than the other. I figure this could be due to dehydration as my family did not bathe him for a month since I had traveled; this is where he gets to drink water. Needless to say, Ive bathed him yesterday and today as he has been drinking quite a bit. His bowel movements are not smelly and appear healthy.
Hopefully his assymetry is attributed to dehydration so it will be reversable, but if anyone knows if this could be due to another reason please let me know.
