Okay guys so I’m kinda freaking out, Reptar my Juvenile bearded dragon was laying down in my bead with me when she found a small crumb of dorito, the chip. I trie dot pick her up but it was too late and she had already swallowed it. I’m now freaking out since I know it’s bad for them to eat anything with to many grains and becasue she is only a juviemle I’m scared it will really hurt her. It was barely a crumb but I’m still worried what should I do? Someone please help me!

Most you can do I think is wait it out and see if she's affected. Watch her closely for a bit and any signs of distress contact your vet. Hopefully that little bit won't be enough to hurt her. I had similar angst recently when my guy ate a little plastic bb. Took a few days, but he pooed it out. He acted normal during the whole thing, while I stressed out completely.

Peeps recommended I give him plenty of water or watery food as it will help. You could do that to help flush out her system faster.

The most important thing is to not panic. A small crumb isn't likely to do any damage-there wouldn't be enough sodium/grains in it to harm a beardie. Keep an eye on her and, as Barb said, watch for any signs of her suffering. Beardies have eaten worse and survived. I've seen threads about them devouring other lizards, foam, silly putty, rotting crickets, mold, stink bugs, gummy bears, string, tin foil, cement... the list goes on and on.
