Hello my bearded dragon keeps running into the corners and has black spots behind its head, I adopted him 3 months ago from a family that didnt look after to him, I wanted to know if this is normal behaviour

Post of the pic of him his tank and lighting --- the lighting and basking temps in the tank are the two most important thing for over all health
