"No!"?

I've got Bayne out on the bed and he's finally figured out how to crawl down the blankets on the side of the bed to the floor and I keep telling him no and putting him back...Which made me curious...
Can Bearded Dragons learn commands like that?
He knows his name and will look right at you when you say it. Even if I'm talking to Tim and he hears his name, he will look.
But can they learn "no" or other simple commands?

Yeah, I was watching him a bit closer later on and he will look at me and then the side of the bed and then back at me and wait until I'm not looking before he runs down it. He knows he's not suppose to, just doesn't care lol!

I think they can to a certain degree, maybe it's the tone or the way we say their names that they get used to hearing.. who knows they are very sweet and very smart.
